If you need to reschedule, please contact reception at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a forfeiture of your deposit, and a new one will be due to reschedule. Deposits are valid for one reschedule, a second reschedule in a row will also result in a forfeiture of your deposit, and a new one will be due to be added back to the schedule.
